Here are all of the models currently in the database for this manufacturer and drive width. Models are sorted into sections by platter density.

Some tips:

All displayed data capacities follow the storage industry's standardized "1 megabyte = 1,000,000 bytes" rule.
All capacity values are rounded: "40GB" and "1.33TB" may actually be 42,646.25[...]MB and 1333.5666[...]GB. Only the manufacturer knows the exact capacity per platter.
The total capacity of each individual model is shown beside each model number.
A platter-head ratio is shown next to the total capacity tag in brackets. It works very simply: a (3/6) ratio indicates three disks and six read/write heads. Models that "waste" a substantial amount of their actual total capacity in order to fit into certain capacity brackets (such as a 320GB unit based on one 500GB platter and two heads) are marked accordingly as [short-stroked].
Miscellaneous details of possible interest are mentioned at my discretion.
This list includes standard PC-targeted HDDs, as well as the myriad of "niche" models Seagate has released over the years. These include the Exos (formerly Enterprise Capacity, Archive, Constellation, Terascale, Barracuda ES, NL35) and IronWolf (formerly NAS HDD) families meant for enterprise mass storage and small-to-large RAID arrays; the SkyHawk (formerly Surveillance HDD, SV35) family intended for camera-based recorders; and the Video 3.5 (formerly Pipeline, DB35) family meant for HDD-based entertainment systems and DVRs.
Enterprise-tier 7200RPM model families from beyond the 1.0TB/platter generation (namely, newer than Enterprise Capacity v4) aren't included; there are billions of individual models, and the official datasheets/manuals are very detailed.
The various Barracudas masquerading as Maxtors that Seagate released between 2006~2010 are included on this page. Actual Maxtor drives can be found on their own page.
After Seagate's 2011 Samsung HDD division buyout, certain SpinPoint models were effectively rebadged and sold as Seagates, complete with new model numbers prefixed with "ST", which are tracked on the equivalent Samsung page.

Note: These are commonly listed online as "5400RPM", but while the manual doesn't give a specific figure, the 4.16ms average rotational latency it does give, along with power figures similar to those of the Barracuda 7200.7, obligate 7200RPM spindles. Same goes for the "ce" models below, and the U Series 7 above.

STM3300622A / 60300Y0 300GB (3/5 [short-stroked])
Note: Just like every DiamondMax family you will see on this page, these are merely rebadged Seagates and aren't bonafide Maxtor-designed drives. The DM 20 in particular are just 7200.9s.

Barracuda 7200.9 (7200RPM, ATA-100 interface)

ST3802110A 80GB (2MB cache) (1/1)

Barracuda 7200.9 "Release 2" (7200RPM, SATA-300 interface)

ST340211AS 40GB (2MB cache) (1/1 [short-stroked])
ST380211AS 80GB (2MB cache) (1/1)

ST3120211AS 120GB (2MB cache) (1/2 [short-stroked])
ST3120811AS 120GB (8MB cache) (1/2 [short-stroked])
ST3160211AS 160GB (2MB cache) (1/2)
ST3160811AS 160GB (8MB cache) (1/2)
Note: These introduced a new "slimline" 20mm-thick HDA that would set the basic look for 3.5" Seagate single-platter HDDs for years to come.
Note 2: The old individual product pages (the one for the ST3160811AS, as captured by Archive.org, is used for the links here) advertised perpendicular recording for these models, but the text in question had vanished by a few months later. The official line otherwise is that PMR was brought in only beginning with the 7200.10 and related families.

DiamondMax 20 (7200RPM, ATA-100 interface)

STM3160811AS / 6P160E0 160GB (8MB cache) (1/2)
Note: Yes, two models with differing buffer sizes carry the "6P080E0" alternate model number, despite "6P080W0" being the logical choice for the 2MB one.

Note: The (at the time unique) five-year warranty which Seagate offered for its "OEM" consumer-class models was trimmed to a more pedestrian three years, coinciding with the ongoing fallout from firmware bugs affecting both "releases" of the 7200.11s and related lines (ES.2, DiamondMax 22, likely others). The increased scrutiny by the public on possible firmware-related issues in subsequent Seagate lineups would remain intense through the years following.

Years later, significantly revised units, carrying the same model numbers but different P/Ns and certain specs, have entered circulation, and are documented in Note 2 and 3.
Note 2: The 500GB version with a P/N beginning with 1CH14C, 1ER14C, or 9YN14C uses head ramp-loading, may have 32MB of cache memory, and may possess double the platter capacity.
Note 3: The 500GB version with a P/N beginning with 1SB101 or 1SB10A will have 64 or 32MB of cache memory, respectively (per a certain official document), and may possess double the platter capacity. The 250GB version with a P/N beginning with 1SB10B will have 32MB of cache memory, and may possess double the platter capacity (implying a substantial amount of short-stroking). All of these "1SB" models will have the string "Reg. Model: STR009" on their top labels, and share various physical characteristics with other Seagates that sport this string.

*Note: A few years on, new revisions of this model, using a simplified chassis without head ramps, and with the string "Reg. Model: STR009" on their top labels, have entered circulation, and can be most readily differentiated by their P/N code. A P/N beginning with 1SB102 or 1SB10C indicates 64 or 32MB of cache memory, respectively (per a certain official document), and are unique to the new product revision. A review can be read here that compares the original version with the newer revision (in 32MB cache trim) in a few synthetic benchmarks.
**Note: The 2TB model can be found with four, five, or six heads, with (ostensibly) correspondingly descending platter capacity. A unit which weighs more than ~600 grams, which has a shallow (as opposed to deep and wide) depression on its top lid, the same as the 3TB versions; which manages maximum sequential reads of less than ~190MB/s, and which (though not always) has an "F" instead of an "E" as the third character of its serial number (thanks ~fzabkar), will contain three platters. Oddball variations with four heads for three 1TB platters (as just one example out of the possibilities) may also exist, given what's happened with the old 1TB Barracuda Green (ST1000DL00x). Most of these points also apply to the 1.5TB model.
Note: Individuals with a P/N beginning with "1E6" implement drive-managed shingled magnetic recording (SMR). These, having entered mass production in late 2012, are certainly part of the "over one million drives" mentioned in this press release.

ST4000DM000 4TB (4/8)*
*Note: A P/N with a "6" as the sixth character (usually), or a weight of ~613 grams (always), signifies the three-platter version.
*Note 2: Seagate officially doesn't confirm the spindle speed for these, but an analysis suggests around 5900 RPM, and the units themselves report that figure to popular utility programs. The 3TB version is unlikely to be dissimilar.

Despite the relatively high amperage ratings (0.75A for 5 and 12V, versus 0.55 and 0.37A) on the label, benchmarks and acoustic analysis suggested a true ~5900RPM spindle speed; other models of different families marked with "STR009" and the same amperage ratings, while purporting to be 5900RPM, aren't expected to differ.

Note: The product manual implies versions with more heads may exist, and suggests that the 1TB model can't be found as a one-header; three-headed "runts" of the 2TB do exist, and can be ID'd by (among other ways) looking at their top lids: a QR code is stamped into an additional metal layer, instead of directly into the lid as seen on single-platter units.

Also, there are rumours of a four-disk variant of the 6TB model; these will weigh as much as the 8TB ones (~630g) instead of ~20g less.
Note: Seagate updated their single-disk HDA to accommodate two platters with this product line; a ~20mm thickness no longer equals one platter.
