Here are all of the models currently in the database for this manufacturer and drive width. Models are sorted into sections by platter density.

Some tips:

The total capacity of each individual model is shown beside each model number.
A platter-head ratio is shown next to the total capacity tag in brackets. It works very simply: a (3/6) ratio indicates three disks and six read/write heads. Models that "waste" a substantial amount of their actual total capacity in order to fit into certain capacity brackets (such as a 320GB unit based on one 500GB platter and two heads) are marked accordingly as [short-stroked].
Miscellaneous details of possible interest are mentioned at my discretion.
Formerly Conner Technology PLC (but not Peripherals). Long version here, but ExcelStor were a Chinese company that primarily made, under license, IBM and Hitachi single-disk 3.5" HDDs. These were sold both as proper Deskstars (with a conspicuous "MADE IN CHINA FOR Hitachi [...]" on their labels), and under ExcelStor's own branding. As such, most ExcelStor drives are actually Deskstars, though the company did make its own 5400RPM designs earlier on, based on IP from Conner Technology. All of these are documented in this section, where possible.
ExcelStor faded away after the 250GB platter generation (around 2008), having seemingly not secured licenses to produce anything newer. Their in-house products had stalled at 80GB/disk a few years earlier.
IBM and Hitachi 3.5" drives are listed with more detail on their own page.

CT2xx (Triton II) (5400RPM, 512KB cache, ATA-66 interface)

CT204 4.3GB (1/1)*
*Note: Amount of heads and areal density are guesses; the Conner Technology site mentions an 8.6GB version (theoretically two heads) along with this one, but I can't find any records of it having actually existed.

10.2GB/platter Section (all drives under here use platters that can hold 10.2GB of data apiece.)

CT2xx (Proteus) (5400RPM, 512KB cache, ATA-66 interface)

CT210 10.2GB (1/2)

15GB/platter Section (all drives under here use platters that can hold 15GB of data apiece.)

CT2xx (Proteus) (5400RPM, 512KB cache, ATA-66 interface)

CT215 15GB (1/2)

20GB/platter Section (all drives under here use platters that can hold 20GB of data apiece.)

ES3xxx (Eldorado) (5400RPM, 512KB cache, ATA-66 interface)

ES3220 20GB (1/2)

30GB/platter Section (all drives under here use platters that can hold 30GB of data apiece.)

Io (7200RPM, 2MB cache, ATA-100 interface)

J240 40GB (1/2)
Note: This is based on the equivalent Deskstar 120GXP model (the IC35L040AVVN07 cost-reduced version, in particular).

GStor (5400RPM, ?MB cache, ATA-100 interface, with self-encryption)

G380 80GB (1/2)
Note: Looks like basically an earlier version of the below Plus. The stock photos suggest it's based physically on ExcelStor's own Gemini designs, but information is very scarce -- even their website at the time didn't properly list specs.

GP1080 80GB (1/2)
Note: These are based on the Deskstar 7K80, adding some chips to the PCB and custom firmware for automated volume creation, segregation, rollback, multi-boot, and more. Here's an informative period review.
