Here are all of the models currently in the database for this manufacturer and drive width. Models are sorted into sections by platter density.
Some tips:
All displayed data capacities follow the storage industry's standardized "1 megabyte = 1,000,000 bytes" rule.
All capacity values are rounded: "40GB" and "1.33TB" may actually be 42,646.25[...]MB and 1333.5666[...]GB. Only the manufacturer knows the exact capacity per platter.
The total capacity of each individual model is shown beside each model number.
A platter-head ratio is shown next to the total capacity tag in brackets. It works very simply: a (3/6) ratio indicates three disks and six read/write heads. Models that "waste" a substantial amount of their actual total capacity in order to fit into certain capacity brackets (such as a 320GB unit based on one 500GB platter and two heads) are marked accordingly as [short-stroked].
Miscellaneous details of possible interest are mentioned at my discretion.
The Caviar (later rebranded as Blue) line are WD's mainstream bread-and-butter product, standardized to 7200RPM by ~2003, while the Caviar GP (later rebranded as Green, before being merged with Blue) introduced in 2007 offered much higher capacities at the cost of decreased RPM. Eventually, using these lines as a base, WD released several families intended for TV DVRs and 24/7 surveillance: the Purples, AVs (later with the non-publicized "Connected Home" mark), and (long-discontinued) Performers. All of these + models of the old Protégé entry-level line are covered on this page.
Models that are essentially relabeled Hitachi/HGST designs are marked accordingly.
"Nearline" 3.5" WD drives (RE, Black, etc), and models used in some of the firm's 3.5" HDD-based externals, are listed on a separate page.

WD1000BB-xxCAAx/xxCCBx 100GB (3/5)*
WD1200BB-xxCAAx/xxCJAx 120GB (3/6)
*Note: Head/platter counts given for these models reflect 40GB platters. It's possible earlier revisions had ~33GB platters instead, and thereby an increased number of platters and/or heads. The same goes for the AB models above and SE/JB models below. The 120GB models certainly use 40GB platters, though (WD's mainstream chassis of this period accommodated a maximum of three platters and six heads).
Caviar SE (7200RPM, 8MB cache, ATA-100 interface)

WD1000JB-xxCRAx 100GB (3/5)
WD1200JB-xxCRAx 120GB (3/6)
*Note: The Special Edition (SE) nomenclature originated with this model. What was so "Special"? The 6MB-bigger cache. Later batches introduced the "JB" suffix and proper labelling to end the guessing games taking place with the original model.
Performer (5400RPM, 2MB cache, ATA-100 interface)
WD400AW-xxDDKx 40GB (1/2)
WD600AW-xxDDKx 60GB (2/3)
WD800AW-xxDDKx 80GB (2/4)

Note: These are a long-lost ancestor to the AV-GPs, intended more or less to serve the same markets back around ~2002.

Protégé (7200RPM?, 2MB cache, ATA-100 interface)
WD400EB-xxJEFx/xxJUFx 40GB (1/1)*
*Note: Unusually (for a Protégé), at least the -xxJUFx version seems to run at 7200RPM, evidenced by STRs and 512B random-access speeds that are right around how ~80GB/platter 7200RPM units tend to perform.
Protégé (7200RPM?, 2MB cache, ATA-100 interface)

WD1600AB-xxDYAx 160GB (2/4)
WD2500AB-xxDYAx 250GB (3/6)
Note: Drives with "AB" suffix are typically Caviars, but these are marked-down as Protégés for some reason. The amperage ratings (5V 0.75A, 12V 0.90A) on the labels are the same as on equivalent-capacity Caviar LB/BB/JB models of the period, making one wonder if these actually run at 7200RPM.

However, they did provide an average (rotational) latency spec of 5.6ms, which itself is a dead-ringer for ~5400RPM.

Note: The WD15EARS and WD20EARS models with -xxS8Bx and -xxJ2GBx identifiers share the same quad-platter case, but the WD15EARS ones apparently contain one less platter anyway, given the STRs exhibited in HD Tune screenshots I've seen. (Though it may be something weirder, like four platters and six heads, enabling both the usual 500GB/platter performance and the use of platters that are defective on one side.) The WD15EARS-xxZ5Bx models, in contrast, use the "proper" tri-platter case, and, accordingly, WD20EARS-xxZ5Bx models don't exist. This sort of variation seems common throughout WD's newer product lines, not only concerning Greens and higher-capacity models.

Note: Units containing the above configurations will push maximum (outermost edge) sequential reads of 140~155MB/s. ~130MB/s or less without health issues suggests lower platter density and/or short stroking.
Note 2: Just like the 2TB Red WD20EFRX and Seagate ST2000DM001, multiple configurations of the 2TB WD20EZRX are floating around, with no way to outwardly tell the difference other than weight (with this generation of WD models, ~640 grams signals three platters; ~30g less signals two).
Note 3: Some past comments (inadvertently purged during comment system reconfiguration) suggested that a variation of the WD30EZRX-xxSPEBx with four less-than-1TB platters may exist. These will share both the weight (~690 grams) and chassis design with the 4TB version.

Note 2: Units with model numbers not containing "PURZ" are sold and/or supported by entities that aren't WD. Units with model numbers containing "EJRX" are supported by WD only within mainland China.

Note: Units with model numbers not containing "PURZ" are sold and/or supported by entities that aren't WD. Units with model numbers containing "EJRX" are supported by WD only within mainland China.
Note 2: There were some odd things going on with the datasheets for the 8TB PURZ models. A previous revision of the PURZ datasheet at this link claimed 5400RPM "Class" and presented some decreased reliability- and performance-related figures for the WD81PURZ, compared to the WD82PURZ. Despite that, the 82PURZ was specified for only +0.1w in average read/write and idle power, and both models physically have the same amperage ratings on their labels (5V 0.7A, 12V 0.9A). The datasheet for the otherwise-identical Chinese-market 81EJRX presented wattage figures significantly above those of the 82PURZ and 82EJRX, adding to the dissonance.

Note: From around March 2019 when these first came out, the use of drive-managed SMR could only be guessed, with support for the TRIM command being the most telling indication. Only around a year later did WD publicly acknowledge the secretive use of shingles in these and a few other consumer-facing models.

Note 2: The datasheet would like you to believe that these employ "CMR", and at least one analysis suggests this may be true (given history, the China-market "EJRX"-suffix units will be functionally-equivalent to their corresponding "generic" counterparts). However, TRIM is supported, and doesn't appear to be vestigial, so there are yet mysteries to be solved.
