Here are all of the models currently in the database for this manufacturer and drive width. Models are sorted into sections by platter density.

Some tips:

All displayed data capacities follow the storage industry's standardized "1 megabyte = 1,000,000 bytes" rule.
All capacity values are rounded: "40GB" and "1.33TB" may actually be 42,646.25[...]MB and 1333.5666[...]GB. Only the manufacturer knows the exact capacity per platter.
The total capacity of each individual model is shown beside each model number.
A platter-head ratio is shown next to the total capacity tag in brackets. It works very simply: a (3/6) ratio indicates three disks and six read/write heads. Models that "waste" a substantial amount of their actual total capacity in order to fit into certain capacity brackets (such as a 320GB unit based on one 500GB platter and two heads) are marked accordingly as [short-stroked].
Miscellaneous details of possible interest are mentioned at my discretion.
Toshiba uses a system of single-letter suffix codes to notate supported features or options per individual model. A single model number may carry none, one, or multiple of these "add-on" codes. These codes (as appropriate, when their meaning is known, and except for "R", which turns up only on factory-refurbished units) are described for convenience in notes attached to each applicable family.
Toshiba producing 3.5" HDDs is a relatively recent phenomenon, coming about due to some certain events in the storage industry. Namely, every unit with model number prefixed with "DT" visibly contains a level of Deskstar or CinemaStar IP, the result of Western Digital needing to clear European Union concerns with its 2012 buyout of Hitachi GST. Meanwhile, all models prefixed with "M" are visibly not Hitachi designs; instead, the design and layout of their top labels closely resembles those of Fujitsu's enterprise HDDs. Fujitsu's storage division was bought out by Toshiba in late 2009.
As a further note: Retail-branded Toshiba HDDs, as marketed on this website, have been making the rounds. These have colourful WD-style labels and identify using unique model numbers (usually prefixed with "HDW") and firmware revisions, but otherwise are certainly just rebadges of existing models. I've added these all to the list, positioned adjacent to the "real" models that they relabel.
