Here are all of the models currently in the database for this manufacturer and drive width. Models are sorted into sections by platter density.
Some tips:
All displayed data capacities follow the storage industry's standardized "1 megabyte = 1,000,000 bytes" rule.
All capacity values are rounded: "40GB" and "1.33TB" may actually be 42,646.25[...]MB and 1333.5666[...]GB. Only the manufacturer knows the exact capacity per platter.
The total capacity of each individual model is shown beside each model number.
A platter-head ratio is shown next to the total capacity tag in brackets. It works very simply: a (3/6) ratio indicates three disks and six read/write heads. Models that "waste" a substantial amount of their actual total capacity in order to fit into certain capacity brackets (such as a 320GB unit based on one 500GB platter and two heads) are marked accordingly as [short-stroked].
Miscellaneous details of possible interest are mentioned at my discretion.
Toshiba uses a system of single-letter suffix codes to notate supported features or options per individual model. A single model number may carry none, one, or multiple of these "add-on" codes. These codes (as appropriate, when their meaning is known, and except for "R", which turns up only on factory-refurbished units) are described for convenience in notes attached to each applicable family.
Toshiba mobile HDDs both for standard PC use and for specialized use are listed here. Units with soldered USB plugs, as found in some of the firm's external products, are included. Assume a 9.5mm thickness for all families lacking a z-height tag. Older models that store 125GB per platter or less are listed on a separate page.
As with similar models on the Toshiba 3.5" page, the retail-branded "L200" and "H200" units are rebadges with unique model numbers and firmware versions, and appear on this page next to the models they relabel. Ctrl-F is your friend.

Note 2: An English-language press release highlighting Toshiba HDDs that have adopted SMR mentions a "L200 1TB", and conveniently leaves out the z-height and actual model number. From this, it may seem to the uninitiated that there is only one 1TB L200, or that both of the 1TB L200s in existence use shingles; each of these assumptions is incorrect. The PR is certainly referring to the 7mm-thick HDWL110, listed down in the 1.0TB/platter section, and not the older 9.5mm device above.
